The restored farmhouses are connected by internal asphalt road and are located a few hundred metres from one another. Each has been carefully designed into spacious, cosy apartments of various sizes (1, 2 or 3 bedrooms) furnished in typical regional style. Equipped kitchen corners, fireplaces, private bathrooms, tv and independent heating. |

1.Highway A1 Florence-Rome
- Coming from North
From the highway take the exit of "Valdichiana". Then follow for Perugia and exit at Passignano est and follow for Castel Rigone. From Castel Rigone follow for Preggio/Umbertide. At the fork for Preggio or Umbertide, turn right in direction to Umberide and after 5 km you will see the entrance gate of I Casali di Caicocci on your left.
2.Highway Adriatica A14
- Coming from North
Exit of Cesena Nord. SS E45 in direction to Perugia. Take the second exit for Umbertide (Umbertide-Gubbio). Then see "from Umbertide".
From Umbertide
Reach the village of Umbertide and keep driving on the main road which crosses the town. Just after the village turn left under the bridge in direction to Preggio/Passignano (before it there is also our direction) and take the SP142. After 10km on the SP142 you will see the entrance gate of I Casali di Caicocci on your right. |

I Casali di Caicocci has an excellent restaurant "La Locanda dell'Abate Faria" open from Eastern to the end of September. It is housed on the ground floor of the Montoni stone tower, here guests can partake of typical regional cusine, served in a warm, historic and relaxing atmosphere. Guests can reserve an half board treatment as well. |
