| Residence La Venecca is situated outside the village Fonteblanda, about 5 km from the sea of Talamone, in the beautiful Maremma Tuscany.
The holiday village is composed of 32 holiday apartments of different size, subdivided over 4 new buildings, surrounded by a park with parking and a huge swimming pool. All apartments have been tastefully furnished and are equipped with all mods and cons such as completely equipped kitchen (electric hob, electric oven, fridge, small freezer, Italian moka, pots, cutlery etc.), satellite TV, air conditioning, heating. The apartments on the ground floor usually have a small outside space with table and chairs. Some of the accommodations on the upper floors have also in front of the entrance a small terrace. Otherwise there is the possibility to make use of the small building next to the pool equipped with tables and chairs. |

Apartment (2+1) - This apartment is the only one without kitchen and therefore ideal for those who prefer to enjoy their selves, enjoying in the morning the breakfast buffet and in the evening discovering the numerous restaurants of the area. This apartment is situated on the ground floor and composed as follows: small studio with minibar, sofa bed for 1 person, double room with pool/garden view, bath with shower.
1-roomed flat (2+1) - It is composed as follows: entrance, cooking-/dining area, sleeping (double bed) and dining area are divided through a wall bath with shower there is the possibility to add a cot or to make use of the chair-bed (1 person).
2-roomed flat (2+1) - There are two different types of 2-roomed flats. One, the smaller one is composed as follows: small kitchen/dining room, small corridor, spacious double room with the possibility to add an extra bed, bath with shower.
2-roomed flat (2+2) - The other type of 2-roomed flats is quite similar to the 1-roomed flat. It offers space for two up to four people and is composed as follows: entrance, cooking-/dining area, living area (double sofa bed) and dining area are divided through a wall, bath with shower, a winding staircase takes into the bedroom upstairs.
3-roomed flat (4+1) - Also the three-roomed flats have two different types, offering space for 4/5 people and are composed as follows: spacious living-/dining room with sofa bed and kitchen corner, room with double sofa bed, double room, bath with shower.
3-roomed flat (4+1) - The other three-roomed flat offers also space for 4/5 people and is composed as follows: living room with two arm chair beds and satellite Tv, kitchen with dining table, 2 double rooms each with bath (shower) that are subdivided from the kitchen/livingroom through a small corridor. |

Areas Served: Fonteblanda is situated in Southern Tuscany, in teh so called Maremma, once reign of the Etruscans.
The whole area has great archaeological and naturalistic importance.
Already in 1975 was constituted the nature reserve Parco Regionale della Maremma comprising the Uccellina hills with the typical Mediterranean flore and fauna. From Talamone (about 5 km from La Venecca) are starting several trecking routes through the park, with or without guide.
Part of the numerous activities is also a unique golf course, halfway Porto Santo Stefano and Talamone, lying in the midst of the rolling hills, with sea view.
At Fonteblanda, the nearest village, one will find the most important shops as well as pharmacy, bar, post office, restaurants, pizzerias etc. At 3 km is located Talamone with beach and a small yacht harbour. Fonteblanda has also a train station and from there it is possible to reach by bus Talamone, Orbetello or Siena. |
