Many important Mediaeval and Renaissance monuments are inserted in the building fabric of the city, dated from the XVI to the XIX Centuries.
The town took on its modern look with the transformations of the last one hundred years, conforming the urban structure to the fundamental functions of industrial, commercial and managerial site.
Every year, during the months of June and September, an important event takes place: the "GIOSTRA DELLA QUINTANA", that recalls a Competition of the XVII Century. |
