L'Hôtel Pallanza est situé au long de la promenade du bord du lac et vue sa proximité à l'embarquement de ferry, il est un bon point de départ pour effectuer des excursions. Indiqué aussi pour une clientèle très exigeante, l'hôtel offre des espaces communs spacieux meublés de façon élégante: le hall lumineux, la salle de petit-déjeuner avec coin bar, utilisée aussi pour le restaurant. Les chambres spacieuses offrent un bon niveau de confort. Elégamment meublées en style classique, certaines offrent une vue panoramique sur le lac, alors que d'autres sont mansardées. Les salles de bain, avec douche ou baignoire, sont suffisamment spacieuses, jolies, et bien confortables. A peu de mètres de l'hôtel, a disposition des clients garage privé conventionné payant.
