“Tenuta il Burchio” is a place like no other: it is a small, sixteenth-century hamlet completely renovated in its original Tuscan style. The buildings were previously used as a rural dwelling and it is for this reason that the ancient ovens, the stunningly beautiful fireplaces, and the manger can still be seen, making the atmosphere even more appealing.
Il Burchio has a full range of amenities including a swimming pool in the park with hydromassage, a bar with terrace for breakfast and for aperitifs, and a top-quality restaurant serving classic Tuscan dishes every day, with the finest wines of Chianti.
A delightful swimming pool for guests only provides a lovely setting for moments of relaxation, for swimming, or simply for an aperitif in a unique atmosphere.
Guests can also enjoy the cosy restaurant, which is open every day except Sunday, the bar with terrace overlooking the swimming pool. The information office will help you plan your visits to discover a land of history and culture, but also of great entertainment. |

Entering from the courtyard – a distinctive feature of the complex – where the animals were once kept, one now finds the reception area, with efficient staff speaking a number of languages, the information office, a television room and our charming restaurant.
On the floor above are nine of the twelve rooms, with sleeping accommodation for 33. They are large and comfortable, also furnished in the Tuscan tradition, all with wood and wrought-iron furniture, but nevertheless with such modern conveniences as satellite television, telephone, safe and, in some cases, air conditioning.

Itinéraire pour nous rejoindre :
1° Provenance de Milan : Prendre l'autoroute Milan/Florence/Rome et sortir au gâte de Incisa Val D'Arno. (1° gâte après Florence Sud).
2° Provenance de Pise : Prendre la Route express Florence/Pise/Livourne, la direction Florence, sortir à "Signa", prendre l'autoroute A1 pour Rome au gâte de Florence Signa et sortir au gâte de Incisa Val D'Arno. (1° gâte après Florence Sud).
3° Provenance de la Ligurie : Prendre l'autoroute Genova/Spezia et sortir à Viareggio, ensuite prendre l'autoroute A11 Florence Mer, arrivés à Florence prendre l'autoroute A1 direction Rome et sortir au gâte de Incisa Val D'Arno. (1° gâte après Florence Sud).
4° Provenance de Rome : Prendre l'autoroute Florence/Milan et sortir au gâte de Incisa Val D'Arno. (1° gâte après Valdarno).
Itinéraire du gate de l'autoroute de Incisa Val D'Arno à la Tenuta il Burchio :
Sortis du gâte vous tournez à gauche, poursuivies vers Incisa, dépassé le pont tourne à droite avant le sema fore, (sur l'angle de la route trouverez deux magasins, un électroménagers et d'un d'habillement sportif). tourne de nouveau à droite pour je centre de Incisa, poursuivre droit en suivant la route, après 800 Mt environ sur Votre droite trouverez le pont fermé, sur Votre gauche le signalétique pour la "Tenuta il Burchio". Après environ 1 km de route il entamera une descente, à moitié dont vous verrez sur la gauche une route de campagne avec les clôtures de nos chevaux et le signaux "Tenuta il Burchio", poursuivies pour la route no asphaltée pour 400 mètres et à je croise avec celle asphaltée des endossements à droite. À ce point vous êtes arrivés à la Tenuta il Burchio !
