Zanhotel Il Canale donne sur le torrent Aposa, au centre de Bologne et offre un coin très agréable de la vieille ville. A peu de mètres de Piazza Maggiore et facilement accessible à pied de la Gare Centrale, il est particulièrement indiqué pour ceux qui veulent visiter la ville des porches et s'amuser.
Les chambres (17) sont très spacieuses, au style classique et accueillant. Les salles de bain, équipées de tous les conforts, sont très soignées.
Le petit-déjeuner est servi dans une jolie petite taverne au plafond voûté décoré de petites briques apparentes, qui donne sur le canal.
Les clients qui arrivent en voiture peuvent se garer dans un des parkings conventionnés de la zone.
