Areas Served: Padua is the "Nursery of fine arts," said William Shakespeare. Roman marbles, Medieval architecture,
Renaissance frescoes and modern chic shops sow the city into a breathing museum, transcending all time.
Look for Giotto's frescoes in the Scrovegni Chapel, as well as for Andrea Mantegna's frescoes left in the Eremitani Church.

The botanical garden is one of the earliest botanic gardens in Europe, made to teach medical students about medicinal plants.: Europe’s first potato was grown here in 1590
Prato della valle is one of the biggest square of the all Europe famous for the arena full of effigies.
The boats of the Brenta Canal provide enjoyable guided public cruises, from Venice to Padua or vice versa, along the Brenta Canal (Riviera del Brenta), visiting some of the Venetian Villas, summer residences of the 16th century, with stops at the monumental palaces with its legendary frescoes.

By Airplane:
Venice Marco Polo Airport.
From here you can arrive Padova in two ways:
By taxy you need 40/60 minutes.
By bus, there is a line service who runs every half our from 6,00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. in working days and different times in holydays from airport to the Padova bus station.
By train, exists a bus station from Venice airport to the Mestre train station and from here a train to Padova, you will need 40 minutes
