Casena dei Colli, situé dans une zone tranquille entre le centre ville et le Parc de la Favorita, est indiqué aussi bien pour un séjour touristique que pour un séjour d'affaires. Il est bien relié avec Mondello et l'aéroport de Palerme.
L'hôtel est disposé sur plusieurs édifices à l'intérieur d'un grand et joli jardin. Son style est classique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, plusieurs ont été rénovées avec un design moderne, simple et élégant. Les salles de bain, pas encore modernisées et presque toutes munies de douche, sont confortables.
Le restaurant propose une cuisine de bonne qualité. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est très riche.
Un parking privé externe gratuit et un garage payant sont à disposition.
