Residence Trivento consists of two different groups of apartments in villas and a sport-and-leisure centre situated on a hillside approximately 3.5km from Palinuro town centre. Its quiet position makes it ideal for families who are looking for a place to relax and enjoy nature.
The sport-and-leisure centre is the heart of the whole structure and includes: a reception office, two separate swimming-pools, one for adults (m.12.5x25) and a shallow one for children (m.6x11.5), with deck-chairs and sun umbrellas, snack bar, safe, internet point wi-fi, tennis- and football/ volleyball courts, bowls, table-tennis, archery and video games, mini and junior club from 5 to 10 years old children, organized entertainment, laundry service, special terms with the local diving centre, possibility of boat trips, excursions and guided tours.
Included in the price: gas, water, electricity, bed linen with weekly change, final cleaning, swimming-pools with umbrellas and deckchairs (open from 28.04 to 13.10), tennis (3 hrs weekly per unit), bowls, table tennis, mini and junior club and entertainment (from 16.06 – 08.09), wi-fi in the sport-and-leisure centre.

Palinuro is one of the most beautiful tourist centres in Campania, in Cilento National Park. The sea is clear and blue with a fantastic seabed. There is a breathtaking coastline with rocky cliffs and unspoiled golden sandy beaches and lots of mysterious sea caves. You will be fascinated and your holiday will be relaxing and stimulating. You will have the possibility to gaze all of the coast beauties with lots of excursions: from the wonderful Blue Cave, whose lights created by a 20m deep waterway are reflected on the surface by an electric blue colour, to the Silver Cave, whose name derived to the silvery reflexes due to the limestone on the sea bed. The surrounding hills are covered by centenarian old olive trees and all this makes Palinuro the pearl of the Cilento coast. Here the rare flower ‘Primula Palinuri’ can still be found. Furthermore the Cilento National Park offers a lot of landscapes and different possibilities of excursions: various other Caves along Cape Palinuro and Marina di Camerota. You can take an adventurous walk in the mountainous heartland to discover the typical vegetation and fauna. It offers a perfect combination of myth, history, culture and nature for an unforgettable holiday. UNESCO declared it World Heritage Site.
Who loves nature can look up to the characteristic paths of Bussento river, in WWF Oasis of Morigerati, or visit the fascinating caves in Pertosa. Furthermore, Mingardo river gives also the possibility to take enchanting walks by bike or to ride across its banks.
Who is interested in archaeological routes can visit Paestum, centenarian greek city, where, walking through the temples of the ancient polis, it’s possible to relive historical and cultural sceneries. Velia gives the possibility to hike over paths where philosophers of the ancient school of Elea walked. Finally in Roccagloriosa there is the Antiquarium, full of finds of primitive eras. There are lots of old towns full of remarkable cultural interest, as Pisciotta, Camerota and San Severino, ancient medieval town.
All these places offer historical routes and modern facilities, to satisfy all the needs, from history and culture to shopping and discos.
