| La TONNARELLA est une oasis de tranquillite' et de paix pour tous ceux qui de'sirent jouir d'un petit coin de paradis.L' hotel prend le nom de la re'seau typique pour la peche des espe'ces plus petites de la famille des thons, justement appele' "Tonnarella".La Tonnarella, ne'e comme residence de vacances de la famille Gargiulo, avec letemps s'est transforme'e dans un Hotel, maintenant inaltere le charme de l'ameublement antique, des ceramiques et des architectures que nouent cadres de tuf avec le decor d'une mer bleu. Presque tous les chambres ont une vue magnifique sur le golfe et sur la baie de Sorrento. Elles sont dotee d'amples terrasses et balcons et ont des baignoires hydromassage avec un ameublement antique. |

Avec le train :
Dans la gare < ROMA TERMINI > prendre un train destiné à Naples (NAPOLI
CENTRALE ou NAPOLI PIAZZA GARIBALDI) ; arrivés à Naples, dans la même gare,
prendre le train (CIRCUMVESUVIANA) destiné à Sorrento (1 heure de voyage).
PAR VOIE MARITIME:
Du môle < BEVERELLO > de < Piazza Municipio > à Naples prendre un hydrofoil destiné
à Sorrento.
En voiture :
De Rome prendre l’autoroute A1 direction Naples, suivre la direction
< Penisola Sorrentina > en s’introduisent sur l’autoroute Salerno/Reggio Calabria.
Sortir de l’autoroute à < Castellamare di Stabia > et suivre les indications pour Sorrento.

Very nice hotel with wonderful views of the Bay of Naples. Nicely situated to Sorrento, with a quiet environment. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

LaTonnarella made our stay in Sorrento a delight. The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was great, and the view of the sea from our lovely balcony was addictive. The free parking is a real plus. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel offers very nice views, if you get a good room. The location is excellent, as is the restaurant, but the service by the hotel staff is barely adequate.

What a fantastic hotel. The views from the terrace (room 3) must be the best in Sorrento. All the big hotels look out onto the rooftops (and carparks) of Sorrento, because of its unique position on a rocky outcrop, La Tonnarella looks onto Sorrento from the sea thus you have marvellous view of the marinas (yes both of them) and the 'beach'.
The food and service in the restaurant were excellent. The room (no. 3) was clean, bright and very comfortable.
Forget the star rating, this is the perfect hotel for a visit to Sorrento.

The hotel was very nice, however the walls between rooms were very thin and you could hear the noises in the next room very clearly. Not very nice if you wanted to get a good night's sleep !
