The resort is excellent located in the heart of Tuscany, and inside the National Park of Maremma, just at 15 km. from Grosseto, and 5 km. from the coast of Talamone. Siena is about 100 km, Florence about 160 km as well as Rome and Pisa airports.
E’ una tipica casa colonica, nella piana tra Lucca e Collodi, ai piedi delle colline, che risale alla metà del XIX secolo. E' stata ristrutturata di recente con un intervento di tipo conservativo, in linea con la tradizione architettonica rurale toscana (facciata in gran parte in pietra e mattoni, interni con travi di legno, pavimenti in cotto, scale in pietra, camini d’epoca e in una camera anche con affreschi decorativi).
Era originariamente diviso in tre spazi, ora convertiti in case da vacanza per affitti (settimanali o per un minimo di 3 notti). Casa Elsa (per 6 persone), Il Fienile (per 4 persone), Il Rustico (4 persone). Situato in una posizione strategica, a due passi dalle città d'arte (Lucca, Pisa, Firenze), dalle spiagge della Versilia, dalle montagne della Garfagnana e da tutte le attrazioni della zona (ville storiche, Parco di Collodi, borghi antichi come Montecarlo). Molto amato dalle famiglie con bambini. Atmosfera autentica e rurale, semplice ma di fascino.

Our Farmhouse is in the Maremma Natural Park and it is very close to Argentario, Castiglione della Pescaia, Saturnia, Pitigliano. All these resorts are around the Farm no farer than 50 km away.
In the Farm you will find a private swimming pool for all our guests (opening on june).
You can reach the farm from Grosseto with a bus from the train station. You will take the bus to Alberese. From the Alberese central square just ask for Podere Montegrappa. It will take 5 minutes walking.
Marina di Alberese beach is only 7 km far from La Pulledraia and you can reach it by bus from Alberese or by car with a Parking ticket to be bought in the Park offices.
The hotel is located in the center of the "Maremma", in the south of Tuscany, 17.5 mi from Argentario's beaches and 8.5 mi from Saturnia's baths
The geographical position of the area allows you to go on numerous excursions that are capable of satisfying everyone’s tastes and interests.
You will find the Casa alle Vacche just few kilometres from the famous San Gimignano and immersed in the spectacular scenery offered by the Tuscan countryside.
