Our isolated location and total immersion in nature provide an almost magical atmosphere, but the proximity of art centres offers a rich selection of historic and artistic destinations. Some clients prefer to spend their entire stay with us, however Alfredo are always ready to suggest itineraries in the area. Among the excursions: Cetona, Pienza, Bagno Vignoni, Montepulciano, Chiusi, Montalcino, Orvieto, Città della Pieve, the Riserva naturale del Monte Rufeno, and Lago Trasimeno.

Our Farmhouse is in the Maremma Natural Park and it is very close to Argentario, Castiglione della Pescaia, Saturnia, Pitigliano. All these resorts are around the Farm no farer than 50 km away.
In the Farm you will find a private swimming pool for all our guests (opening on june).
You can reach the farm from Grosseto with a bus from the train station. You will take the bus to Alberese. From the Alberese central square just ask for Podere Montegrappa. It will take 5 minutes walking.
Marina di Alberese beach is only 7 km far from La Pulledraia and you can reach it by bus from Alberese or by car with a Parking ticket to be bought in the Park offices.

Farm, is situated on a splendid farm of the 18th century, near Butera (province Caltanissetta) you can find our structure, which contains an optimal union between contemporary art and design and ancient architecture.
Near Alba (Cuneo) there is Farm Holidays Al Brich, in the langhe. It is set between hazel groves and vineyards.Its balconies enjoy langhe and Alpi views.
E’ una tipica casa colonica, nella piana tra Lucca e Collodi, ai piedi delle colline, che risale alla metà del XIX secolo. E' stata ristrutturata di recente con un intervento di tipo conservativo, in linea con la tradizione architettonica rurale toscana (facciata in gran parte in pietra e mattoni, interni con travi di legno, pavimenti in cotto, scale in pietra, camini d’epoca e in una camera anche con affreschi decorativi).
Era originariamente diviso in tre spazi, ora convertiti in case da vacanza per affitti (settimanali o per un minimo di 3 notti). Casa Elsa (per 6 persone), Il Fienile (per 4 persone), Il Rustico (4 persone). Situato in una posizione strategica, a due passi dalle città d'arte (Lucca, Pisa, Firenze), dalle spiagge della Versilia, dalle montagne della Garfagnana e da tutte le attrazioni della zona (ville storiche, Parco di Collodi, borghi antichi come Montecarlo). Molto amato dalle famiglie con bambini. Atmosfera autentica e rurale, semplice ma di fascino.
